chore(server): 屏蔽 HLS RTMP 推流失败的错误日志

由于当前环境未配置 RTMP 服务器，当 ffmpeg 尝试推送音频流到 127.0.0.1:1935 时会一直报错 `Connection refused` 从而导致控制台刷屏。
现将该错误日志注释屏蔽，使控制台保持清爽。
