- 矩阵单元格备注卡增加 mx-auto + max-w-[88%] 左右留白
  （避免靠左侧的第一个活动列备注贴 td 左边缘时，被 sticky 义工号列的背景遮住首字）
- break-all → break-words，中文断行更自然
- 背景不透明化（bg-white/95）、边框对比度微提高（border-gray-200/80）
  加轻微阴影，区分备注卡与交替行底色
